Our Story
“Michele and Bojan got married in Northern Ireland and as a foreign couple, they experienced all the bureaucratic difficulties to get there.”
It all started in 2016 when we found it very difficult and overwhelming to find accurate information on how to get married in Europe. After going through this arduous process and finally getting married in Northern Ireland, we decided to share our experience and posted our story on a Facebook group to inform and help couples who were in a similar position of when we tried getting married. Soon after, people started contacting us asking for help. From 2016 to 2017 we helped hundreds of couples who needed straightforward information for their own processes.
After helping those couples, we were encouraged by them to open our own consultancy. At first, we were a bit reluctant since our focus was just to help others, and not turn it into a business. However, as it got very demanding and this was taking away a lot of our free time since we were both working full time, we decided that it was time to make it formal by opening a business.
Sometime later, we started supporting couples with their weddings in multiple locations, as well as providing support for individuals with their Irish visa applications.
Since the beginning, MWeds has grown significantly in terms of improving its processes, making weddings and visas simpler and more straightforward for couples and individuals.
As a team, we consult couples from all over the world in getting married in International Weddings. Also, we are happy to help individuals with their Irish Residence permits, Irish Naturalisation and have finally expanded our services towards Employment Permits in Ireland.
Meet our team
Michele Reis, originally from São Paulo, Brazil, relocated to Ireland in 2015. With an extensive background in Corporate HR and Global Mobility across both Brazil and Ireland, she has applied her expertise in a variety of sectors — from fast-paced startups to the insurance industry, government-owned organizations, and charitable institutions.
Her diverse professional journey has given her a comprehensive understanding of the Irish work environment and over 17 years of valuable experience. Driven by an unwavering passion for helping others, Michele founded MWeds, which quickly earned a reputation as the leading consultancy within the Brazilian community in Ireland for its exceptional services.
In addition to her HR CIPD certification, Michele has now completed the Immigration Law and Practice program at the Law Society of Ireland, marking an important step in her ongoing path toward becoming a Solicitor in Ireland.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys reading, studying, watching series, and spending quality time with her family. Her combination of expertise, dedication, and compassion continues to shape MWeds’ success and the positive impact it has on its clients.
Since 2019, Leticia Strafacci has called Dublin, Ireland, her home, having moved from her native São Paulo, Brazil. She holds a degree in Biology and a postgraduate diploma in People Management, and she recently completed her studies in Immigration Law and Practice at the Law Society of Ireland. Leticia became part of the MWeds team in September 2023, bringing not only her expertise but also a personal story — MWeds played a key role in organizing her own wedding and securing her partner’s residence permit.
Highly organized and committed, Leticia approaches every project with precision and care, ensuring both clients and colleagues receive outstanding support. Her ability to plan and execute with meticulous attention to detail reflects her dedication to excellence.
Beyond her professional life, Leticia is an avid traveler with a love for exploring cultures through food, art, and new experiences. She enjoys discovering vibrant local markets, attending theater performances, and spending quality time with her husband. Her creative spirit comes alive through painting, crocheting, and embroidery — hobbies that bring her joy and balance. With her blend of professionalism, warmth, and curiosity, Leticia is a valued and inspiring presence within the MWeds team.
Morgana Mazzochi, originally from Caxias do Sul, RS, holds a degree in Psychology and brings years of experience in customer service. She joined MWeds in October 2024, bringing great enthusiasm and a genuine passion for turning people’s dreams into reality. Morgana strives for excellence in everything she does, always aiming to support both clients and colleagues.
At MWeds, Morgana plays a key role in guiding couples through every step of the wedding process. She assists clients from the moment they begin planning, by explaining requirements, gathering documentation, ensuring deadlines are met, and preparing all essential paperwork for international weddings. Morgana coordinates with registries, and local partners, making sure each stage is completed smoothly and efficiently. She also supports couples during the lead-up to their ceremony, providing clear instructions, answering questions, and helping them feel confident and supported throughout the entire journey. In addition to this, Morgana is responsible for the initial handling of new leads, offering a warm welcome and ensuring each couple starts their experience with clarity and care.
Outside of work, Morgana has a strong passion for travel, food, and cultural experiences. She loves spending quality time with friends and family and discovering new places. Her vibrant personality and love for new experiences make her a cherished member of the MWeds team, bringing both professionalism and warmth to her role.
Luma Fischer, originally from São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, holds a degree in Dentistry and a postgraduate degree in Orthodontics. Her academic background reflects her attention to detail and genuine care in every process she takes part in. Passionate about helping others achieve their dreams, Luma brings a strong sense of purpose to everything she does.
With her determination and organizational skills, Luma joined the MWeds team in 2025, bringing a fresh perspective and eagerness to support both clients and colleagues. She is currently responsible for handling work permits, ensuring that all documentation and processes are in order.
Outside of work, Luma has a passion for traveling, especially to new places where she can explore different cultures and gain new experiences.
Gabriela Islabão, originally from Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, has been living in Dublin since August 2024. She holds a degree in Business Administration and brings nearly 10 years of experience in the equestrian industry, with a strong background in management, quality control, project coordination, compliance, and event planning. Gabriela joined MWeds in June 2025 and is excited to contribute to the company’s ongoing growth. Highly organised and detail-oriented, she takes pride in delivering quality work.
She loves craft, travelling, and going out for a beer with friends. She is often described as funny and happy, of which she is very proud. Crocheting, watching series and playing games are her favourite activities when she wants to unwind herself. As a sociable person, she is very talkative, loves making jokes and making new friends.

His diverse experience enables him to adapt, communicate, and implement solutions that deliver real results in global markets.
Originally from Zagreb, Croatia. Bojan Gradis moved to Ireland in 2016. With background in Police Law Enforcement and being Cisco CCN, Network+ and A+ Certified, Bojan also spent years working at one of the largest Social Media platforms leading Monetization Integrity for Europe and Middle East.
This resulted in his knowledge, vision and experience to transform the way MWeds handles Customers requests, and has allowed him and Michele to work on many processes simultaneously. Carefully planning the next steps on Entrepreneurial scale and having long term vision and business plan.
In his spare time he likes to play video games or spend time with his family.

Heitor Alves, originally from Pernambuco, Brazil, has been living in Ireland since 2022. With a Master’s degree in Business specializing in Marketing, Heitor brings his expertise to MWeds, where he is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of new technological solutions. His passion for technology drives him to continuously innovate and enhance the company’s digital landscape, ensuring that MWeds stays at the forefront of industry advancements.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Heitor is a music enthusiast and a creative composer, always seeking inspiration in melodies. Although he admits he’s not the best on the tennis court, his playful spirit and dedication to his interests make him a valuable part of the team. Known for his motto, “Kind most of the time,” Heitor adds a positive and uplifting energy to MWeds, making both colleagues and clients feel valued and supported.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s degrees in Marketing & Business, combining strong analytical skills with a strategic, customer-focused approach.
At MWeds, she is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships and guiding clients through clear, value-driven commercial solutions. Her global background enables her to connect confidently with diverse clients and deliver meaningful results.
