Our Story

MWeds Global Advisory is an Ireland-based consultancy supporting individuals, families, students and employers through immigration, employment, recruitment and international wedding processes.

MWeds was founded in 2016 by Michele Reis and Bojan Gradis after their own experience navigating the administrative and legal steps involved in getting married in Europe while living in Ireland as immigrants. What began as practical guidance for other international couples developed into a structured consultancy built around clear information, careful preparation and personal support.

Today, MWeds works across five specialist departments: International Weddings, Irish Residence Permits, Irish Naturalisation, Employment Permits and Recruitment. We also provide dedicated support for international students and business clients, including immigration guidance, webinars, career resources, workforce planning and compliance support.

Across every service, our role is to help clients understand the relevant process, prepare the required documentation and move through each stage with clear, reliable guidance. Although MWeds has expanded considerably since 2016, the company remains rooted in the same purpose: making complex international processes easier to understand and manage.
