About Michele Reis

Michele Reis, originally from São Paulo, Brazil, relocated to Ireland in 2015. With an extensive background in Corporate HR and Global Mobility across both Brazil and Ireland, she has applied her expertise in a variety of sectors — from fast-paced startups to the insurance industry, government-owned organizations, and charitable institutions.

Her diverse professional journey has given her a comprehensive understanding of the Irish work environment and over 17 years of valuable experience. Driven by an unwavering passion for helping others, Michele founded MWeds, which quickly earned a reputation as the leading consultancy within the Brazilian community in Ireland for its exceptional services.

In addition to her HR CIPD certification, Michele has now completed the Immigration Law and Practice program at the Law Society of Ireland, marking an important step in her ongoing path toward becoming a Solicitor in Ireland.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys reading, studying, watching series, and spending quality time with her family. Her combination of expertise, dedication, and compassion continues to shape MWeds’ success and the positive impact it has on its clients.
