b. Any negligence, willful misconduct, or fraudulent act or omission by the Client or its employees, agents, or subcontractors in the use or application of the services provided by MWeds.
c. Any violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations by the Client in connection with its business activities.

Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Notice of Claim
The party seeking indemnification under this Agreement shall promptly notify the other party in writing of any claim or action that may trigger an indemnification obligation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, MWeds excludes all warranties and liabilities relating to the use of its website and services. This includes:
