These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once we have all your documents, the entire process can be completed in 1 to 2 business days depending on availability.

MWeds does not help gather personal documents—you must obtain them yourself.
We cannot send the document list or begin review before consultancy payment is made.
You cannot choose the marital property regime via this process. That must be done in your country of residence.
Divorces must also be filed in your country of residence—not in the USA.
